Values to configure before launch The registered name of the data controller, its registered address, and the name of the data protection officer must be inserted here before this policy is published. We do not substitute invented details for real ones.
Data we collect
We collect only what the service requires, in three groups.
- Data you provide — registration details, identity verification documents, and anything you send through the contact form.
- Data generated by use — sign-in history, in-account activity, device and browser type, and the IP address used to connect.
- Cookies and similar technologies — used to maintain your signed-in state and remember your language preference.
Why we use it
- Verifying identity and confirming the minimum age requirement
- Providing the service you requested and operating your account
- Detecting and preventing breaches of our terms, such as duplicate accounts opened to claim promotions repeatedly
- Answering questions submitted through support channels
- Maintaining the stability and security of the platform
Cookies
We use cookies necessary for basic operation, including session state and language preference. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings, but disabling necessary cookies will break parts of the service.
Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell personal data. Disclosure occurs only in these situations:
- Service providers required to operate the platform, such as infrastructure providers, bound by confidentiality agreements
- Where a lawful order is issued by a competent authority
- Where necessary to investigate or prevent fraud or terms breaches
Retention
We keep data only as long as the purposes above require, or as long as the law requires us to. After that, it is deleted or de-identified.
Security measures
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to staff who need it, and access rights are reviewed periodically. No system is perfectly secure, which is why using a password unique to this service remains worthwhile on your side.
Your rights
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and request a copy
- Correct data that is inaccurate or out of date
- Request erasure, subject to legal exceptions
- Request that processing be suspended
- Object to processing in certain circumstances
- Request portability of your data to another controller
Exercise any of these by contacting [email protected] or using the form on the contact page. We respond within the timeframe the law sets.
Data relating to minors
This service is not open to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If such data is collected inadvertently, we delete it as soon as we identify it.
Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top of the page. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will also notify you through an appropriate channel.
